Bronze medal at paraski

At 1st open paraski championship of Montenegro our competitors won third place and bronze medal. Our team was: Nemanja Goronja, Borislav Ivetic and Boban Prodanovic. Competition took place at Bjelasica (Kolasin) from 09. to 11.03.2007. and apart from the Montenegro teams there were parachutists from Russia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. First 3 places in individual competition were taken by Russians. Our best man was Goronja - 7.th place. Team results are: 1. Russia, 2. Montenegro, 3. Banjaluka. Competition organizers, Aeronautical federation of Montenegro and Aero club Podgorica, who fought the bad weather conditions and went on with the event, are hoping that this competition will became traditional.   December mini boogie dot
  At Sunday we finished two-day skydive weekend in Banjaluka (02.-03.12.2006.). About 50 skydivers from Bosnia and Croatia gathered at the Zaluzani airfield. Apart from our skydivers we had guests from Borovo/Vukovar, Sarajevo, Doboj, Bihac and Prijedor.
Nice weather conditions helped us to make a lot of jumps and have a good time enjoying kebabs and beer. Only short december daytime light prevented us from making more jumps. Lots of students made their first jumps, so we use this occassion to congratulate them. Great thanks to all our skydiving friends for comming. We hope next time it`s going to be more of you in Banjaluka. There are lot of pictures in the photo gallery. I think that everyone will find some picture for themself. 		decembar  
  License exam dot

At Saturday 11.11.2006. at sport airfield "Zaluzani" near Banjaluka a skydiving licence examination was held. After successfull exam our Club is richer with 8 licensed skydivers and one skydiving instructor. New licensed skydivers are: Figun Ankica, Kovacevic Zoran, Malbasa Boris, Macura Dragan, Prodanovic Boban, Smulja Mirko, Sodolović Damjan, Solak Pavle, and our new instructor is Gajic Aleksandar.
We sincerely congratulate them and we wish them long and successfull skydiving career. This license exam was organized by Skydiving training center Banjaluka and this license exam is first of it`s kind in Bosnia in last couple of years. We hope that we are able to organize another license exam at springtime at wihich we expect to have more candidates from all over Bosnia. At this occassion we thank the Republic Srpska CAD for their help and support.

Great atmosphere at 1st Krstovdan International parachute Cup was the result of excellent organization by Aero-club "Jasenica" from Smederevska Palanka. Competition jumps from Antonov-2 were on 28. and 29.09.2006. at sport airfield Rudine. Apart from Serbian competitors, there were also teams from Montenegro, Croatia and Republika Srpska-Bosnia. Our team was:Zeljko Cvijetic, Boban Ivetic, Milkan Uletilovic and Mirko Stupar. After 8 jumps and great struggle our sportsmen won bronze medal and 3rd place. Weather conditions was good so organizers made 2+ fun jumps for all. Individual and team results are:

Our boys second in the state championship
Bosnia state parachute championship was held at the sport airfield "Golubic" near Bihac from 04. to 06.08.2006. Alhough weather was pretty bad, the organizers from para-club Bihac managed to accomplish 6 rounds of accuracy jumps and successfully end the competition. Our sport team cpmpeted weakened and only four guys were in it: Cvijetic Zeljko, Goronja Nemanja, Stupar Mirko and Banda Oleg. At the end our boys managed to won silver medal and 2nd place. Banjaluka Boogie 2006.
We have successfully ended Banjaluka Boogie 2006. This event, first of it`s kind in this country took place between 03. and 08.06.2006. at sport airfield "Zaluzani". Although weather was not on our side, organizer - Skydive club "Banjaluka" tried hard to provide maximum number of jumps for gathered skydivers. General sponsor of this event was Ministry of Republika Srpska of family, youth and sports.
At the airfield was about 50 skydivers from country and abroad (Germany, Holland, Canada, Australia). After numerous last moment problems (like an airplane engine total failure couple of days before event started) we managed to provide AN-2 from Hungary. Also jumps were made from military helicopter Mi-8 and our club (workhorse) plane Utva-66. Five of our students made their first jumps. Also, first tandem jumps ever in Bosnia were made and what`s interesting is that 9 year old son of one of our skydiver made his first tandem jump. We wish to thank our friend Sasha Manojlovic for help and support in organizing this event, also Jim Patterson who came all the way from Canada and Sebastian Kowowski for efforts made in promoting skydiving sport and our club in this country. We wish better weather and more skydivers next year at the 2nd Banjaluka Boogie.
